STEP 2: HOW PRICING WORKS

Base service pricing includes standard time and product usage.

Because hair is not one-size-fits-all, additional time or customization (such as length, density, detangling, or design work) may require an add-on. Services are never rushed.

STEP 3: CHOOSE THE RIGHT SERVICE

If you know what you want:

  • Browse our Signature Services or Braids & Protective Styling categories.

If you’re unsure:

  • Book a New Client Healthy Hair Assessment or Consultation.

This ensures the correct time and service are reserved for you.

STEP 4: COMPLETE YOUR INTAKE FORM

After booking, you’ll receive a brief intake form.
This helps us prepare properly and avoid surprises on the day of your appointment.

STEP 5: ARRIVE READY & RELAX

Arrive on time with hair prepared according to your service instructions.
From there, we’ll take care of the rest.
